Mawa’s GrainFreeNola – Shipping Policy
When you place your order, you agree to pay any shipping, handling, and delivery charges applied. Mawa’s GrainFreeNola reserves the right to change these charges at any time. Notice of changes to these charges will be provided when you make your purchase.
Mawa’s GrainFreeNola is proud of every product we make by hand for you and we work hard to ensure your purchases are received in good condition. Once your order is placed, it will be packaged and shipped Monday through Thursday before 3:00 pm MT. All orders received after 3:00 pm Thursday will be shipped the following week, unless we contact you, the customer, to inform you of any delays.
Our preferred carrier is FedEx and all packages are sent 2nd Day Air. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box, because FedEx will not deliver to them, so please provide a street address for shipping with all orders.
Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order and for verifying it in their order confirmation email.
- If you need to change your shipping/delivery address before your order has shipped, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the detailed address change. We will make necessary changes to your shipping address and confirm it with an email. If your email is not received prior to shipment, see instructions below.
- If you need to modify the shipping/delivery address and your order has already shipped, you will have two options.
- Email email@example.com with your detailed address correction. We will make the change with FedEx and you will be responsible for an additional $19.00 address change fee imposed by FedEx.

Unfortunately, there are things that we cannot control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of FedEx. Because of this, we cannot guarantee safe and timely arrival of your package once it has been given to FedEx for shipping. Also, we cannot guarantee the precise day and time of delivery. Mawa’s GrainFreeNola is not responsible for transit delays due to high package volume, inclement weather, strikes, mechanical problems, terrorism safety control, natural disasters, package mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information from our customer. We do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is at the discretion of the delivery person and, therefore, not in our control.
All items are final sale. If an item arrives spoiled or damaged, contact our Customer Service team and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution. Please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
