After a Tough Year and a Half, The Roaring Fork Valley’s Culinary Scene is on the rebound

After being forced to close, open under restricted and limited seating, hours and procedures, restaurants and eateries in the Roaring Fork Valley have had a tough year and a half. Sadly, not all of our beloved establishments made it through the pandemic. Some restaurants managed to change, survive and even thrive.

All five flavors are paleo, vegan, keto, and gluten-free, and each blends organic nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and ingredients like hibiscus flowers and shredded coconut
